The Board of Trustees of the Woodward High School of the City of Cincinnati is a
non-profit organization created and maintained to administer donated and endowed funds for the educational benefit of needy children in Cincinnati.
The Trust is managed by a five-member Board of Trustees, now appointed by
Cincinnati City Council (3 trustees with overlapping 3-year terms) and
Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (2 trustees with identical 7-year terms).
Trustees serve without monetary compensation.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Day-to-day operations and oversight of the Woodward Trust are the responsibility of Roger K. Smith, C.P.A., its Executive Director.
All trustees and staff of Woodward Trust are subject to a strict Conflict of Interest Policy which requires disclosure and avoidance of any actual or perceived conflict of interest.
