Our Administration

The Board of Trustees of the Woodward High School of the City of Cincinnati

The Board of Trustees of the Woodward High School of the City of Cincinnati is a non-profit organization created and maintained to administer donated and endowed funds for the educational benefit of underserved children in Cincinnati.

The Trust is managed by a five-member Board of Trustees, now appointed by Cincinnati City Council (3 trustees with overlapping 3-year terms) and Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas (2 trustees with identical 7-year terms). Day-to-day operations and oversight of the Woodward Trust are the responsibility of Roger K. Smith, C.P.A., its Executive Director.

Trustees serve without monetary compensation. All trustees and staff of Woodward Trust are subject to a strict Conflict of Interest Policy which requires disclosure and avoidance of any actual or perceived conflict of interest.
